As a certified project manager (PMP®, CSM®), Martha Weglowski has extensive experience in managing, controlling and standardising projects in regulated, technically oriented and dynamic industries. She supports companies in phases requiring a high level of coordination as an interim project manager, in setting up PMOs, in transformation phases, during go-lives or in the structural realignment of project management processes.

She is experienced in working with executives, specialist departments, IT and external service providers. Communication on an equal footing, clearly structured decision-making bases and transparent management are part of her working style. She is familiar with projects involving political complexity or security-related requirements, such as those in the aviation industry. She prefers to work in environments with many interfaces and a high degree of dynamism, where orientation, method and calmness in approach are crucial.
