With a degree in business administration, Ms. Karadal has many years of experience as a quality manager and auditor for organizations in the aerospace and defense industry.

From 2004 to 2019, she worked as Quality Manager, Head of Development/Project Management, Auditor and responsible for the QMS in an SME and a Group. In parallel, since 2007, she has been managing a wide variety of projects from SMEs to Groups as an interim or within work package. The projects include the aeronautical standard EN9100 as well as the aeronautical legal requirements as a manufacturing and maintenance company. As a trainer, she also conducts training around the standards and related topics and trains internal auditors. Since summer 2019, she has been performing 3rd party audits as an certified auditor for AS/EN9100 and ISO 9001 for various certifiers. In auditing processes, Ms. Karadal accompanies you not only with certification audits but also with a lot of know-how in preparation, execution and follow-up of internal audits, supplier audits as well as customer and authority audits.
