Steven Hotlen is an experienced Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Product Owner with over 20 years of experience in IT-related roles. He has extensive practical experience in agile transformations, team development, coaching and project management. He has a strong focus on sustainable process design, cultural change and measurable added value.
His experience has shown him that most transformations do not fail because of methods. They fail because of unresolved structural issues.
