As CEO, managing director and head of business units, he takes on responsibility in companies ranging from fast-growing start-ups to multinational technology corporations. With his distinctive entrepreneurial mindset, he combines strategic foresight with operational precision and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety and team performance.

Martin brings a proven track record in leading industrial service operations, managing large-scale technical teams, and building long-term partnerships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. He is highly familiar with project-based business models (work & service contracts, temporary staffing under AÜG), and has successfully led teams in regulated industries under strict quality and HSE requirements.

He successfully managed the German team for an Airbus strategic supplier for all Divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Defence and Space, Helicopters) in Engineering and Manufacturing business.
