Since graduating from the Technical University of Munich, Johannes Haberer has helped shape the aerospace industry in leading positions at OEMs and suppliers.

Since 2022, he has been contributing his in-depth international management experience with many cross-functional responsibilities as a management consultant or in the context of interim mandates.

Major achievements

• Successful transition of a leading company in lightweight construction made of metal and composite materials, which among others produces components for the ARIANE launcher system, focus on technology, supply chain management and new digitalised production processes.
• Overall responsibility for production ramp-up and cost optimisation of the Eurofighter process chain for the entire fuselage centre section across all German Airbus sites.
• Integration and reorganisation of all quality areas, including the QM system to establish a leading Tier 1 supplier of structures and manufacturing systems.
