Wolfram Gewohn is an organisational architect for agile transformations who brings together 20+ years of experience in tech and psychology to holistically develop leadership, teams and structures. He is specialised in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Flight Levels, with real implementation experience in corporations, public authorities and service providers.
He has been supporting individuals, teams and organisations in their individual development for many years. Working with organisations and supporting them in their systematic development is very important to him. Above all, it is the managers in organisations who define the framework conditions under which individuals and teams can flourish. Through their behaviour, they create space or restrict it.
