Thomas J. Bella is an experienced manager, founder and entrepreneur and an unconventional leader with 23 years of proven experience in the international aerospace and automotive industries.
Successfully led digitalisation projects at OEMs or TIER1 in the automotive industry inspire his clients as well as his strong sense for innovation management.
As a mentor for international MBA students at the Technical University of Munich and as a board member of the Bundesverband für Beratung Neue Mobilität (Federal Association for Consulting New Mobility), he is a competent contact and a recognised international networker.
