Jan Anthon is specialised in the development and implementation of strategic employer branding and recruiting concepts. He helps companies to be perceived more clearly as employers and to attract suitable talent in the long term.

As a managing director and consultant, he has supported national and international companies in positioning their employer brand, in recruiting and in shaping holistic candidate journeys. His focus is on bringing together HR, executives and business requirements – for consistent messaging, clear processes and noticeable relief in everyday recruiting.
