Michael Tschiersch has over 20 years of ILS/IPS – and over 30 years of IT experience. This project experience – including the integration of related topics such as engineering, PLM, ERP, and SCM – enables him to quickly and comprehensively implement requirements, even in complex and challenging projects.
He has been working successfully in the aerospace/defence sector for more than thirty years, but also for other industries:
- As Principal Consultant, he managed projects ranging from consulting to the implementation of complex software systems in the aerospace, defence, automotive and manufacturing industries.
- As Bid/Solution Manager for large contracts specialising in end-to-end services, he managed a total volume of more than €1.2 billion.
- In the areas of business development, sales consulting and pre-sales, he identifies customer strategies and trends, implements them and works with start-ups and partners who focus on technologies such as AI, RPA or new business models such as ‘Anything as a Service’.
- Expert and consulting roles in specific areas such as integrated logistics support, risk management and digital twins round out his profile.
