He started his professional career as an international trainee at the Airbus Group. He was supporting Airbus over 10 years as M&A manager for international projects, as CFO of a subsidiary and as head of staff function ‘cabin & cargo’.
This was followed by his entrepreneurial activities. He established a start-up for airworthiness qualification services and airline consulting together with a partner successfully at the market. This company is today still in the market and is performing well.
Dirk Tapella worked the last six years for the Munich-based ESG Group where he was acting four years as the CEO of a subsidiary in the aerospace and defence market.
