Hans J. Petscher is a Senior Avionics and Aviation Consultant with excellent knowledge of Airworthiness Requirements of all ATA chapters including certifying staff and CVE competency, avionics and electrical systems design and certification of aircraft and -systems, development of STC packages for minor and major changes to small and large airplanes and helicopters.
