Michael Pacher has many years of experience as a manager in the development, manufacture and approval of systems and components for the aircraft industry. His excellent leadership skills and strong technical expertise make him an outstanding manager. Thanks to his social skills and natural authority, he is able to coordinate the departments involved in the development of a product efficiently and effectively, even in difficult situations.
