Markus Milde is a senior consultant and auditor with 40 years of expertise in heat treatment technology and specialised process management systems (CQI, NADCAP, ISO20431).

He guides international companies through complex audit, certification and optimisation projects and is a proven specialist in the establishment, evaluation and further development of demanding quality and specialised processes.

As a trainer and lecturer, he imparts practical expert knowledge and supports organisations in ensuring technical excellence, process stability and compliance in the long term.

• Heat treatment technology & special processes: Many years of expertise in the analysis, optimisation and monitoring of thermal and surface treatment processes
• Process management systems (automotive / aerospace / medical technology): In-depth knowledge of CQI standards (especially CQI-9), NADCAP and MedAccred
