Jan Feddersen has many years of experience as HR Director, People Leader, authorised signatory and member of the Executive Board at national and international level. He has managed various decentralised and international teams. He has held regional, national and global management positions in the software, services and aerospace industries.

In addition to strategic HR work, his activities included the planning, management and implementation of change and restructuring programmes, executive coaching and the design and implementation of global career and development measures for managers.

Since 2020, he has been offering his services as a trainer, consultant and coach in English and German on a freelance basis.
