Michael Heisig is a specialist for additive manufacturing, product development, process development/optimisation and automation.

During his long professional career, he has never met a person who wanted to work inefficiently or who liked to make mistakes. In the vast majority of cases, this was due to the processes that had to be followed and the tools that were made available. This is precisely where we need to start and optimise so that bureaucracy and processes do not prevent hard-working people from working efficiently and with few errors.
His focus is on processes in R&D, engineering and production/assembly.

He enjoys leading teams with trust, transparency and determination to achieve common goals. The top priority is to promote ideas, creativity, identification and passion.
