Mario Effenberger is a highly experienced airworthiness engineer in the field of EASA DO approval as well as in the support of type certification and supplemental certification activities on aircraft as well as on system level. He offers his in-depth expertise in consulting or project implementation, especially in the following areas:

Aviation Operations

  • Role of the CISM and/or HoOA (EASA Form 4-DOA) in interim management (CISM also as QMB as well as QM)
  • Introduction or maintenance and optimization of the Safety Management System according to EASA Part 21/145 requirements, together with procedures, forms, checklists and templates for the overall operation (including interfaces in maintenance / manufacturing and design operations)
  • Creation, maintenance and optimization of the DO manual and the procedures for the design organization (including interfaces in production and maintenance) according to EASA Part 21 J
  • Creation, maintenance and optimization of the PO manual and the procedures for the production operation (interfaces in development and maintenance operation) according to EASA Part 21 F/G
  • Maintenance and optimization of the MO manual, procedures, forms, checklists and templates for maintenance operations (w interfaces in production and design organization) according to EASA Part 145

Product Certification / Type Certification

  • Planning and coordination of the performance of verification, type testing, as well as all activities required within the scope of product certification and operating approval
  • Cooperation and coordination with approval authorities worldwide

Lightweight Construction and Stress Analysis

  • Conception and review of concepts and design drafts for optimizability with regard to weight reduction
