  • External Resources planning: a sufficiently high number of qualified engineers were to be sourced and organised for the project. The long term goal was to develop a stable and cost-effective supplier base.

  • Project management for a large-scale and complex aerospace R & D project. The project was based on 7 sub-work packages and organised as a consortium of three major engineering companies.
