Martin Dronsek

Martin Dronsek

Martin Dronsek has many years of extensive experience in the areas of business development, sales & marketing, management, international management, joint venture, process optimization and restructuring.

This wealth of experience of interlocking management functions makes him extremely valuable for all kinds of interim mandates where the big picture is needed.

Martin Dronsek graduated successfully at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich with a master degree in aerospace engineering in 1995. After his active service as an officer in the Air Force he joined the civilian economy in 2002, with a second master degree in Economics from the University of Hagen.

The enthusiasm for aviation led him first to Autoflug Rellingen, where he took a position as the Assistant to the Vice President. Part of his tasks was the restructuring, the business development and marketing in the areas of instrumentation & control systems engineering and rescue & safety equipment. He then worked for several years as a successful product manager in the business with an international product launch in the military vehicle industry.

Based on this experience, he successfully brought his knowledge to B/E Aerospace as a Sales and Business Development Manager in Lübeck. He actively supported the development of the implementation of various systems of oxygen supply and parachute equipment.

In 2009 Martin Dronsek expanded his field of activity by joining the engineering service provider ELAN-AUSY. In the German-French company today, he took over in 2011 the position of Sales and Marketing Director with key aspects such as diversification, growth and development strategy. Since 2012, he was also a member of the  Management Board of the transnational Joint Venture of ELAN-AUSY & ATKINS. 

Most recently, he took an interim mandate at an engineering service provider as COO | CRO. He was leading the engineering department, sales and the Recruitment with ~ 250 employees. With over 30 years of experience in senior roles for OEMs and MROs in the civil and military aerospace industries, Michael Fleischer is a true aerospace all-rounder with a wealth of international experience.

  • After graduating as a certified engineer at the University of Applied Science Cologne in 1985, Mr. Fleischer started his career with the company Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in Stuttgart. Among other things, he was responsible for adaption and customizing the Porsche PFM 3200 aircraft engine for various aircraft and helicopters.
  • In 1988 he joined Deutsche Airbus, Aircraft service center Lemwerder. The total of 13 years with various assignments in engineering, in the product management for a freighter conversion P2F program up to the project management for the Antonov AN-7X program, forms the firm basis of Michael´s knowledge and experience. Mr. Fleischer left the company, now known as Aircraft Services Lemwerder, ASL, successfully positioned on the international market worldwide as a heavy maintenance, conversion and modification/retrofit service center, as Vice President Design / Engineering in 2001.
  • Based on the experience of major international projects, Michael Fleischer was the project manager of an international simulator project for military helicopters in a defense technology company. After handing-over the simulation systems to the customer, he was able to successfully apply his knowledge in the global scenario of civil aircraft equipment after sales service as a responsible Product Support Manager by switching within the company.
  • From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Fleischer was responsible for the management of the Bremen office and later for the subsidiary in Moscow in a medium-sized service company. Another focus was the overall business development and strategic direction at the management board of the company.

As a development engineer at Airbus, Michael Lischke has dealt with the calculation of loads on aircraft components.

As Head of the Loads Certification team, he was responsible for supporting the certification of Airbus aircraft for the ATA Chapter 00-10 Loads.

First he started in the industry in research as a development engineer at the AIK in Kassel. The components are made of fiber composite materials with all known production methods and for various industries (including aeronautics) as set by customer specifications. In order to achieve a high quality product, and based on impeccable production, he has performed every possible project steps hands on.

In the shipbuilding industry, he supervised as an expert in the field of plastics technology at Blohm & Voss in Hamburg. Configuring large seagoing catamarans, which have been completely constructed of fiberglass sandwich parts.

In the rail vehicle sector, he led as a Project Manager the development and manufacture of a fully equipped cab for a regional train from the structural component of the implementation to the specification to mass production at Comtas in Hamburg.

He advanced his experiences during his tenure at Airbus in Stade in the field of Quality Procurement / Supply Chain Management with a complete training as Quality Auditor ISO 9100.

Dirk Tapella holds a MBA degree, supported by high technical affinity and broad international background. With 20 years of professional experience he adds value to tricky projects and complex mandates.
